Welcome
The 2026 Leadership Invitational brings together forward‑thinking leaders from across the construction industry who share a commitment to growth, impact and intentional leadership.
This is a space to step away from the day‑to‑day, connect with peers and invest in becoming the best version of yourself as a leader.
Leadership is a life-long practice and when leaders choose to grow, the impact extends far beyond themselves. It shapes teams, strengthens organizations and influences the communities we serve. Great construction leaders spark energy and purpose in
others, set a compelling vision for the future and inspire people to achieve extraordinary results together.
Accepting this invitation means being open to challenging ourselves, to sharpening the skills, mindsets and intentional behaviors that modern leadership demands. Together, we’ll invest in our growth and join our industry peers at the inaugural Leadership Invitational as we learn, reflect and lead together.

A small, curated group creates space for honest conversation, deeper relationships and meaningful insight, far beyond what large conferences allow.

Engage with leading minds shaping the future of leadership, complexity and change—ideas that challenge, stretch and matter right now.
THE MOMENT DEMANDS IT

COLLABORATIVE LEARNING WITH PEERS
Learning happens not just from the stage, but through shared dialogue, real-world challenges and collective wisdom in the room.
